1000Meetings operates through two legal entities: activities conducted in mainland China are managed by Yiju Business Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., while activities conducted outside mainland China are managed by Ammigos Pte. Ltd., headquartered in Singapore. We comply with applicable data protection laws in each market where we operate.

If you are a Chinese individual, regardless of your location, the processing and cross-border transfer of your personal information is governed by the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL).
As part of our CRM and business operations, your personal information (e.g. name, company, email, and phone number) may be transferred to and stored in data centers located in Hong Kong SAR, which are internally operated by our company’s global team. This transfer is limited to authorized employees of our affiliated entity, Ammigos Pte. Ltd.
To support secure and compliant cross-border data processing, 1000Meetings has implemented internal cross-border transfer agreements and related governance measures. We implement safeguards such as encrypted transmission, access control, and audit logging to support the secure handling of personal information.
1000Meetings continuously reviews and strengthens its cross-border data governance practices in line with applicable PIPL requirements, including notice, consent, and security safeguard measures where applicable.
You have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your personal information;

Our CRM system is hosted outside Mainland China and is used exclusively for customer relationship management purposes. 1000Meetings periodically reviews its data retention practices and aims to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes, taking into account ongoing client relationships, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations.
