This vibrant all-day restaurant and cocktail bar is a popular meeting place for both guests and locals. While honoring its historic character, the space features contemporary touches like Castilian leather stools, curated artwork, and bespoke 16th-century tapestries. The menu masterfully blends the hotel’s rich culinary traditions with a modern twist on classic recipes. Standout dishes inspired by past guests — including Pablo Picasso’s Waldorf Salad and Julio Camba’s Steak Tartare — celebrate local ingredients and culinary legacy in every bite.

The cocktail menu revisits classics from the Pre-Prohibition and Prohibition eras with a contemporary flair.
